Prior to scheduling your appointment, it is necessary to submit a deposit in accordance with the specified size and length outlined above. This deposit amount will be allocated towards covering the cost of your intended service.

Prior to your appointment, we ask that you ensure your hair is thoroughly shampoo'd and conditioned. Refrain from applying any extra products after shampooing and conditioning. The absence of additional products is essential, as it may impact the effectiveness of the styling products we will be using.
Upon successful submission of the deposit, our team will promptly contact you via email within 24 hours to coordinate a suitable date and time for your appointment.
We offer the convenience of settling the remaining balance either in cash on the day of the appointment or by making a payment through an invoicing process.
Should you choose to cancel your appointment, kindly respond to the email communication received during the scheduling phase. We would like to remind you that all deposits are eligible for a refund, except in cases where the cancellation request is made within the 48-hour timeframe leading up to the scheduled appointment. If a cancellation is initiated within this 48-hour window, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Nevertheless, should you opt to reschedule your appointment, the deposit amount will be transferred to cover the expenses of the newly scheduled appointment. By submitting this deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
